These terms govern your use of the ScrimmFit application operated by Scrimmage 22 Strength & Conditioning (ABN 90 202 806 349) ("we", "us", "our"). By using ScrimmFit, you agree to these terms.
ScrimmFit is a training management application used to deliver personal training and strength & conditioning programs. Access is provided to clients of Scrimmage 22 Strength & Conditioning.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under it. Do not share your login credentials or magic link with others. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
You agree to use ScrimmFit only for its intended purpose — managing your personal training. You must not:
Training programs provided through ScrimmFit are designed by qualified professionals but do not constitute medical advice. You should consult a medical professional before beginning any exercise program, particularly if you have pre-existing health conditions. You participate in training at your own risk.
All content, design and software in ScrimmFit is owned by Scrimmage 22 Strength & Conditioning. Training programs provided to you are for your personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed.
Your use of ScrimmFit is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the application, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.
We aim to keep ScrimmFit available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or modify the service for maintenance or updates without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of ScrimmFit is limited to the fees paid by you for our services in the preceding 12 months. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to ScrimmFit at any time if you breach these terms. You may request account deletion by contacting us.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ScrimmFit after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
